Split equipment<\/h3>

In a split system, which has\nthe ability not only to cool,\nbut also to heat the air, the compressor\ncan move gas in the opposite\ndirection \u2014 in the case\nof switching the system to heating\n, freon evaporation will\noccur in the outdoor unit, and\ncondensation in the internal one.\nThe split system consists of\nexternal and internal units.\nthe principle of operation of the air conditioner\nis based on removing heat from\nthe air-conditioned room and\ntransferring it to the street. Shock freezing system.<\/h3>

This is the cooling of the product at such a rate that the effect of microcrystallization of moisture is achieved. the main criterion for this process is the freezing rate, not the temperature regime.
\nThe process of forming ice crystals without increasing the volume relative to the initial volume of the liquid. under normal freezing conditions, the resulting ice crystals will have a larger size than water molecules. thus, the moisture frozen in the product will destroy the structure of the product due to the larger volume of ice crystals, and when thawed, the product will lose its shape and many valuable properties.
\nWhen quickly frozen, the resulting ice crystals are the same\nsize as water molecules. the structure of the product is not destroyed and after defrosting the product completely retains its properties.\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
